This privacy policy governs your use of the software application SplashAI – AI Photo & Art Editor for mobile devices that was created by Developer Mohan Kumar Sah.

SplashAI is an on-device AI photo editor that transforms photos into artwork, enhances image quality, and generates professional ID photos without sending your images to any server.

📊 What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information:

  • The Application does not require any user registration. The Application does not require the user to provide any personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.
  • The only data used by the Application are the photos and images that you select from your device, capture with the camera, or generate within the Application for editing purposes.
  • All processing (including AI style transfer, enhancement, and ID photo generation) happens locally on your device. Edited images and any related data are stored only on your device's local storage as chosen by you.

Automatically Collected Information:

  • The Application does not collect any personal information automatically.
  • The Application does not collect or store your photos, edited images, or intermediate AI processing results on any external server or cloud service.
  • The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
  • The Application does not share any information automatically with third parties.

🖼️ Photo & Media Access

SplashAI requires access to your device's camera and photo library in order to load, capture, and save images. This access is used solely for:

  • Selecting existing photos from your gallery for editing.
  • Capturing new photos or video frames using the camera for real-time style transfer.
  • Saving edited images, enhanced photos, or generated ID photos back to your device.

These photos and media files are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared by the Application.

🚫 User opt out rights

  • You can easily delete all data generated within the Application (such as edited images saved by the app) by removing those files from your device storage.
  • You can revoke camera or storage permissions for the Application at any time from your device settings. This may limit certain features of the app.
  • You can delete all Application data by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device using the standard uninstall process provided by your device or the app marketplace.

💾 Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

SplashAI does not automatically collect, share, or retain any personal information on external servers. All images and edits processed by the app remain on your device's local storage.

If you would like to remove specific images created or edited using the Application, you may delete them directly from your device's gallery or file manager.

If you would like to delete all data associated with the Application, you may clear the app data from your device settings or uninstall the Application.

👶 Children

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

🔒 Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of information on your device. Since SplashAI processes all images locally and does not transmit data to servers, your photos remain under your control.

While we strive to follow best practices for security, no system can be completely secure. We recommend that you keep your device's operating system and the Application updated to the latest versions to benefit from security improvements.

📝 Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy when changes are made. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

✅ Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the local processing of your photos and images solely on your device. At any time, no User Provided Data (such as your photos, edits, or generated ID images) will be shared, processed, or stored by third parties through this Application. User Provided Data cannot and will never be sold to any third parties.
